The reasons are like from a fairy tale or film, virgin, wild and forest warner bross - mainly oak-lime-hornbeam where it is difficult to meet someone. The Białowieża oaks are so old that they still remember the times of the Teutonic Knights and King Władysław Jagiełło - the primordial forest was in distant history it was a royal hunting area and without the king's permission it was impossible to even walk on it, thanks to which trees and villages have been created without felling, and this has allowed to preserve the original aspect. There is currently strict protection for a small area of the Białowieża forest, which can only be entered with a guide authorized by the forest inspectorate. Bialowieza Forest is a beautiful giant bison, which lives around 300 pieces here. These splendid giants can be admired in the Bison Show Reserve.

The forest is crossed by numerous hiking trails, on which we can move on foot or by bicycle. In the middle is Białowieża which is the center of tourism, there is also the headquarters of the national park. Tourists have a rich tourist base many hotels and farmhouses, bars, restaurants and bicycle rentals. I recommend visiting the Museum of nature and the forest, the palace park and the church. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker with a ceramic iconostasis, as well as an open-air museum in the meadows on the Narewka River.
